Accommodation

The Luxembourg Government has provided an initial reception facility for war refugees. There you will receive accommodation, food, and information. Animals are allowed in the center and are cared for by a veterinarian. The new address is:

Currently, ONA provides 19 accommodation facilities for beneficiaries of the vorübergehenden Schutzes (BPT) with a reception capacity of 2,369 beds. 1,520 refugees from Ukraine are housed there (as of May 10, 2022). The following is an excerpt listing of the accommodation facilities:

Municipalities’ accommodations:

Together with NGOs and communities, private accommodation is provided where possible. Some refugees are accommodated in hotels. The HORESCA association has called on hoteliers to rent hotel rooms to the ONA. The online form for this can be found here:

The municipality of Schifflange is also looking into the use of Tiny Houses.

Private home and apartment owners can provide accommodations through an online form.
