SME Packages
SME Packages is a government programme designed to improve business performance. The Ministry of the Economy funds 70% of eligible costs, which must be between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT.
Programme partners: House of Entrepreneurship, Chambre des Métiers (Chamber of Skilled Trades and Crafts) and Ministère de l’Économie (Ministry of the Economy).

Before founding Zosel Digital in 2020, I worked in finance, then as a Social Media Analyst and Chief Innovation Officer. Curiosity about new ideas kept motivating me and ultimately led me to web development. Quality has always mattered to me. That is why I focus on fast loading, security, clear design and ease of use in my web projects.
What drives me is helping others through my work. For example, when a foundation reaches more people with its cause or a business wins new customers. I take a strategic approach, because a website alone is not enough: people also need to find it. From the outset, I therefore plan how your target audience can discover your website through search engines, AI assistants and advertising.

What do you have in mind?

You do not need a finished concept. A few sentences about your idea are enough.

How do we work together?
First we clarify goals, content and features. You receive a proposal with a clear scope. I then develop the design and build the website after your approval. We review content and functionality together before launch.
What do I need to prepare?
You provide information, copy, images, your logo and existing design guidelines. I help select and prepare the material.
Can I update the content myself?
For a one-page website, you can add a CMS for €490 excluding VAT and edit text and images yourself. The multi-page website includes a CMS and training. In the shop, you manage products and orders yourself. Alternatively, I make small content updates at €60 per hour excluding VAT.
Can I create newsletters myself?
Yes. The online shop package includes a newsletter editor and its setup. You can use it to design and send your own newsletters.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope, available content and your feedback. We agree on a schedule in the proposal. Work begins once the deposit and required information have been received.
How does payment work?
Payment is split into three stages: 50% on commissioning, 25% after design approval and 25% after acceptance of the completed website, before launch. Each invoice is due within 14 days.
Do you work outside Luxembourg?
Luxembourg is my main focus. Suitable international enquiries are welcome. I’d be happy to speak with you in German, English or French – preferably in person in Luxembourg, or online for more distant projects abroad.
